“Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.”

“We stayed 2 nights while we were attending National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville-we were apprehensive at first since we had our 3 kids with us, however the hotel was perfect and our kids had a great time in the pool. My husband and I would love to come back again for an adult trip to utilize the casino and other amenities.”

“What started off as a continuation of a great trip to Louisville quickly devolved when we checked into The Galt. Immediately, there was no where to pull in and check-in, so we had to park and come upstairs to the lobby. When we got checked in they put us in the tower across the street, but would only give us parking for the east tower. Every time we had to go to our car, we had to go up one floor, change elevators to go up to 3, go across the atrium to our building and into another elevator that...
