“Everything was outstanding!”

“This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2”

“Parking was secure and safe. A lot of food and things in the area to do it seemed. Only stayed one night. Pool was clean however could use some maintenance. Overall the hotel was clean: breakfast was hot and had good choices. Room was clean but my biggest complaint was the bathroom. The tub was not level and pooled water. The bathroom needed updating. The shower head wasn’t great. The tub was slippery. Our bed was very elevated. My mother is 4”10 and in her 70’s she could not get in it without...

“Perfect place to stop and rest while travelling. Convenient, close to the highway and restaurants. Quiet and modern rooms, we would stop here again.”

“This is a extended stay facility, mostt here were not traveling or going anywhere. There was a lot of unsavory activity taking place. We didn't stay .”
