“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “This is a great place to stay. I was traveling with two young adult kids and my teenagers. We were able to get a spacious suite at a reasonable price. Dinner snacks and breakfast was included, which was a nice perk! We were all impressed by the staff and the accommodations.”

“The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh.”

“The hotel filled the need of a brief stop for sleep. The breakfast room had an odor that was not pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t very tasty and the coffee tasted water down. The room was adequate.”

“Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. “I loved the layout of the room with the couch and ottoman. The lighting was great and the room was very clean. Plus I lover that you serve food and good food. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! I have been telling people about impressed I was!”

“The only real things to raise are: 1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and 2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured.”
