Wake up each morning to beautiful natural light at this charming, three-bedroom home in East Sandwich. From this lovely property, you'll have wonderful access to Sandy Neck Beach only a mile north, with serene public lands and the Sandy Neck Lighthouse just a few miles beyond.
Stroll home from the beach each afternoon to be greeted by an outdoor shower, a small front patio, and a back deck where you can light the grill, kick back and relax, and continue to soak up the summer sun. Inside, the house is bright and welcoming, offering a country-inspired kitchen with butcherblock countertops, a six-person dining room table, and space for more casual meals and snacks at the breakfast bar.
As the day's swimsuits and beach towels spin in the washer/dryer, you can set up a board game in the front living room, stream a movie on the smart TV in the sunroom, or head outside to roast marshmallows around the firepit.
Evergreen is scheduled to maintenance the yard every Wednesday during summer.
THINGS TO KNOW
There's an outdoor shower at the house.
The one full bathroom is upstairs on the second floor.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
