Hotel con piscina a East Side

“Posizione ok. Bel roof top , ma se piove lo chiudono perché inesistente la parte coperta. Pulizia molto deludente. Servizi non di un 5stelle. Per esempio nessuno ci ha aiutati con i bagagli. ”

“Le'ts start saying it is not really a 5-star hotel but the communal areas are nice (especially the rooftop seating and pool) and the staff is very friendly (and helpful). On the other hand the rooms are quite outdated (at least mine, on the 11th floor) and there is always some dust smell (probably the carpet). However, what I found almost autrageous was the breakfast (for those like me who opted for the B&B option). They give you breakfast vouchers stating that an American Breakfast is included...

“Location was great and easy to walk to all the places w wanted to see. Comfortable space and plenty of room for a family of 5. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Room service just made the beds. No much cleaning really. Tables and floors were not touched. ”

“Ho avuto un problema temporaneo con la mia carta, che funzionava ovunque tranne lì, volevano buttarmi fuori. Moquette e arredamento stanza terribili e sporchi. Bagno piccolissimo.”

“Overall, it was a good stay with a few takeaways to consider. The property seems to be a little dated with wear and tear in the room and common areas. We didn't receive the complimentary sparkling wine even after we called. No big deal, but noted. There was also a late night knock on our door one night so we called the front desk and they explained that the staff member had the wrong door number. Other than that great location for getting around Lower East Side. Check in and check out were easy...
