“I book my hotels by whether they have a hot tub, as it’s very important to me. Upon arrival I asked how late the hot tub was open and I was informed it’s hot, but no bubbles. They had to order a part. We stayed 3 nights! I went to the hot tub and it wasn’t even bath water warm. Went to the front desk and she checked the broiler temperature and it wasn’t working either. On top of no hot tub for 3 days, the only ice machine in the building was also broken. I’m sorry but when I pay $570 for a 3...

“Location was excellent. Easy walking to other shopping restaurants and museums. Helpful staff with good recommendations. Valet parking would be a nice option. Price was good value for money.”

“The space of the room was excellent, we really liked the kitchen, since we like to make our food. The reception and the staff were very polite and friendly. We have already stayed in hotels with more expensive daily rates and I can say that our experience this weekend was our best. We stayed only 1 day but we liked it much more than, for example, Holiday Inn or Marriott.”
