“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

“If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers.
