A Plush Modern Beautifully Designed Apartment in a Great Location

Annie was so kind and provided some wonderful local produce and incredibly useful parking permits on arrival, thank you so much Annie, we are grateful for your thoughtfulness. When we walked into the flat, we were amazed! Such beautiful decor and highly designed, everything has been well thought out and such wonderful colour schemes. Two incredible bathtubs awaited us in the apartment, a lovely four poster bed and a huge king size bed in the master bedroom. There's a lovely terrace to sit out on should you need some outside space. The area of Meads is so leafy, quaint and peaceful, very quiet, especially in the flat. There's ample amenities along the little street with a Tesco's, Co-op and, from first appearances, a superb Chinese restaurant. Meads is very closely situated to the wonderful view from above the Holywell Cafe of the White Cliffs at Eastbourne, and not far from the highly recommended Beachy Head Pub, perched on top of the cliffs, amongst a very scenic walk across Beachy Head into Eastbourne. There is so much to do in Eastbourne and so many lovely places to eat good food, we were so happy and we'd like to book to come again. A Big Thank You to Annie.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Annie hat uns ein super süßes Willkommenspaket für die Ostertage da gelassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht! Das Viertel ist schnuckelig und mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man am Meer.

Besser kann eine Wohnung nicht sein!

Eine Wohnung wie ein englischer Traum! Mitten in dem schnuckeligen Viertel Meads in Eastbourne gelegen über zwei Etagen inklusive einer entzückenden Terrasse. Wunderschön und extrem liebevoll eingerichtet. Nichts ist Standard, alles ist besonders. Man spürt die Liebe der Besitzer deutlich. Und dann das Willkommenspaket. Wieviel hat Annie dafür ausgegeben? 100 Pfund? Lebensmittel, verschiedene Kaffeesorten, ein ganzer Willkommenskuchen, eine Flasche Prosecco und vieles vieles mehr. Wahnsinn! Und auch der Kontakt zu Annie ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wer also in dieser Region eine entzückende Bleibe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, die Städte Brighton und Hastings gut erreichbar und auch in London ist man mit dem Zug in 1.5 Stunden. Und Eastbourne selbst ist (im Gegensatz zu Hastings) eine sehr entspannte und gepflegte Stadt mit vielen schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Also: Alles in allem eine dicke Empfehlung. Besser kann eine Wohnung nicht sein! An apartment like an English dream! Located in the middle of the cute neighborhood of Meads in Eastbourne over two floors including a delightful terrace. Beautifully and extremely lovingly furnished. Nothing is standard, everything is special. You can clearly feel the love of the owners. And then the welcome package. How much did Annie spend on it? 100 pounds? Food, various coffees, a whole welcome cake, a bottle of Prosecco and much much more. Madness! And also the contact with Annie is fast and uncomplicated. So if you are looking for a delightful place to stay in this region, this is the place to be. The beach is 5 minutes away, the cities of Brighton and Hastings are easily accessible and London is also 1.5 hours away by train. And Eastbourne itself is (in contrast to Hastings) a very relaxed and well-kept city with many beautiful sights. So: All in all a big recommendation. An apartment can not be better!

Amazing apartment

Wonderful apartment in the beautiful meads area of Eastbourne. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. Annie had thought of everything (her welcome pack was amazing - thank you) and was easy to communicate with. We will hopefully be back.

Short break in a beautiful apartment

Absolutely beautiful and spacious apartment, amazing welcome goodies and pretty much everything you want/need is there for you. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Parking permits were provided and we didn’t have any problems finding parking spaces during our stay. The beach is a 5-10 minutes walk, the centre of Eastbourne is around half an hour away, but the buses run every 15 minutes or so. The foot of Beachy Head is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, some of the climb is pretty steep, but the views are well worth it and there is a lovely pub once you get there to stop for a drink or two before walking back down again.

A stunning property in a great location

A wonderful place. Beautifully renovated and fitted out, filled with thoughtful touches, situated in a picturesque and quiet part of Eastbourne - this was absolutely perfect. The reality is better than the photos. Communications with Annie were excellent, as was the ‘reception pack’ on arrival. With two beautiful bathrooms. First impression of the property, from my wife: “Oh my God - it’s so beautiful!” And more: “Well-equipped, great location.” Reviews from our children: “10 out of 10 comfy.” “Great bathrooms.” We’d love to return.
