“Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. “First, let me say that it is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice and large as well as the bathroom. Robes are horrible and scratchy, but who really needs a robe. Loud exterior noises most of the night, so if you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. The bed is the softest thing I have slept in, almost too soft. The bar is amazing, drinks amazing, staff amazing. The valet is amazing. The front desk not so much. We waited in line for almost 25 minutes without a sorry. It was pretty awful...

“Kitchy little rehabbed motel with a lot of thoughtful touches. Great location to walk down Main Street or up onto campus. Appreciated the Peloton (bring your own shoes).”
