“There was an odor in the room we could not get rid of, used a full can of air freshener, smell never went away.”

We’re given a completely different style room that we paid for. Site said hot tub, not one at location. Pubic hair (3 in shower, 1 on bathroom sink) and urine under toilet seat. “Very sensible place! Worth the price! It’s an old building with imperfections but the staff has kept it clean and comfortable with helpful amenities we didn’t find in places that cost 3 times as much. Like a nightlight… and a keyless, cordless entry system.”
