“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Everything was excellent but why ask a traveler if they need anything and not supply or do your best to accommodate them. Reservations made last year...asked for front view and a microwave....received neither nor a call about microwave. Don't ask if not going to answer request”

“It was walking distance to Wawa. The air conditioning didn't kick the way I wanted it to at first, but I had to give it time eventually. Shower worked the same way. It was lukewarm.”

“The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...
