“Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch auf den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, es gab unterschiedliche Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Der Holzfußboden knarrt leider ein wenig, dafür verbreitet er eine angenehme wohnliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist für einen aktiven Urlaub, auf dem man viel herumkommen möchte ideal. “This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful , spacious house, off the beaten path, on the beach, perfect for our group of 5 adults. Great kitchen with enough pots and pans for cooking and eating and storing food. Lovely rooms. pretty outdoor space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Beautiful sunsets. Loved sleeping to the sounds of waves rolling in and sheep calling out in the distance. Perfection! Long one lane drive off the main road.”

“This dog-friendly cottage was overlooking the harbour and little beach.There were lovely wee touches that demomstrated that the owners cared about those staying there. One example was the detachable support handle in the bathroom for anyone requiring such support in the shower room/toilet.The cottage was immaculate and so comfortable and cosy.The village of Portnahaven was so beautiful and the people so amazingly friendly.We absolutely loved our stay and hope some day to return.We have stayed in...

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Malt House. It was a it is described on VRBO. We were a group of 4 and found the upstairs living space and the downstairs bedrooms/bathroom to work great. The Malt House is 5 minutes walking from Portree center. Try Antlers and Sea Breezes for dinner but make reservations. We had outstanding dinners at both restaurants. The Tour Skye, Best of Skye Day Tour was everything you would need to see the sights of the Isle of Syke. It's an incredible island!!!”
