“I love the location, the ease of having washer and dryer in the unit rather than just on the property. And how quick the honor was to respond to a couple simple issues and fixes we had while I was there.”

“The spa is beautiful. However, the ladies showers could use a little more care. A couple of the showers were in need of a good scrubbing and disinfection. I absolutely loved the hotel and sweet room service on my Birthday! Snacks and acknowledgement of my birthday with a slice of cake delivered to my room.”

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”

“The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great.”

“Great and beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. We got to ride the tandem, were offered cold water while waiting for our car and many more of the small important and pleasant details that make a day memorable. Thank you!”

“Our stay was nice. Just one problem, we stayed there 3 nights, our neighbors were loud. The walls are thin. For 2 nights we heard arguing and yelling. We just turned the tv on.”

“The days that house keeping came they did not make up the bed and they left the trash bags in the room. The tissue holder in the bathroom was also very unstable. But the front desk staff and valet services were pleasant.”

“The staff was very helpful and efficient, even during y'all's peak check-in time. When we didn't know how to start check-in, they helped us all the way from valet to our room. The bell hopper was very informative and so nice! We were very pleased with the lighting and TV cast features and all of the room amenities! We'll definitely make this our San Antonio spot whenever we come down from Austin. :)”
