“The stay was nice. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. We did not receive the VIP promotional upgrades or the bottle of wine. Although we did get a small upgrade with a view of the river instead of the city, I had to ask for it by explaining the VIP status for Expedia and that was uncomfortable. They had several rooms for upgrade, but the receptionist argued that sometimes they don’t have availability to upgrade. It was a bit embarrassing to have to ask for the...

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”

“The room was as described. I loved being on the River Walk, but away from the hustle and bustle. It was within perfect walking distance to the hustle and bustle. Everyone was so nice.”

“Everything was excellent! My Fiancé and I had a blast. We loved everything about it, starting from the look and cleanliness of the hotel to the close proximity that everything was to the hotel. Again, beautiful experience. I will definitely recommend the hotel and if I ever plan to go back to visit San Antonio, I know where I will be staying again.
