“I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.”

“A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.”

“This has been the worst hotel stay we’ve ever been to. Sofa bed mattress was dirty, pool was green, was told they ran out of towels and blankets when I arrived, room phone was broke, staff rude and unprofessional, breakfast potatoes and pork bacon was mixed and when addressed to staff she yelled and went on a rant in Spanish. Horrible!!! Do not stay here!!!!”

“T he room was clean. Facility was also well maintained both inside and out. The beds were a bit too soft.Staff was pleasant. We didn't have breakfast there because the cost of the room was high and we would have to also pay for breakfast. We decided to have breakfast at friends house.”

The location is perfect—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The in-house seafood restaurant was a standout and easily one of the highlights of our visit. Parking was convenient and close by, and we loved that the hotel is dog-friendly, making it even more welcoming. We loved every single one of the staff. Everyone was kind and warm...
