“The general areas (halls, elevators, lobby, etc) are worn, dated, and dingy. The bathroom had broken tiles and the door was partially painted in two different shades. When I entered the shower and pulled the curtain shut, a washcloth fell down. I assume it was up there from the previous guest. yuk! In addition, the beds were noisy making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was not satisfactory with powdered eggs. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the check-in clerk.”

“This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.”

People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “Helpful staff and good breakfast. Bathroom was dirty and so was the A/C unit. We were on the 2nd floor and heard people walking above and around us. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean.”
