“The only reason we booked a room at this hotel is because it had a pool for the kids. Unfortunately, after getting everyone into swimsuits and ready to swim, we walked to the pool and found some mysterious stuff floating in the water, some of it looked like toilet paper. After checking at the front desk the clerk said, "Oh, yeah. I guess I should close it." By far, the worst part of our stay was the location. “The actual room could have been worth the very inexpensive price but the door would not lock from the outside, dry blood on the blankets, the tub was too dirty to use and they forgot to put toilet paper in the room. I did not receive an apology either time I went to the desk. I was told I will be called. I've stayed here in the past and the grounds were much cleaner. It looks almost closed down with the clutter and trash cans laying down, the curtains do not shut all the way and there's a mirror...

“Great as basecamp for hiking in the region. Nice large freezer compartment in the mini-fridge to refreeze ice packs. Nice room layout with kitchenette and small dining table. Quiet, despite being on main road. Would stay again when in area.”
