This magnificent House is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms.

Master bedroom has a King bed (super comfortable) with a 55" TV and the rest have Queen beds.

Upon arrival we realized we were further away from where we originally thought we wanted to be which is on us. The home itself is nice enough, there is no walk way in the back where you have to enter which at night can be dangerous for older people or anyone. I actually hurt my ankle carrying my bag in. But we booked during the heat wave and there is absolutely no cooling system in the home. The rooms upstairs had fans but it was unbelievably hot in the home and we had it booked for 5 days. I contacted the owner to see if I could possibly cancel. He didn’t budge just said the weather was supposed to cool down. We ended up leaving the house and lost out on our money. Which is fine we can take the loss but I won’t use this place or location again.

At first Rad was responsive. 3/4 plugs didn’t work in the kitchen and the house smelled like cats. Rad was back and forth with me about this but I wasn’t at the house so he talked to my friend. Rad told him to flick the switch on the breaker panel to see if that would get the plugs working and it created a spark. My friends also saw and took pictures of the wall behind one of the outlet plates that was burnt. We felt this house was no longer safe as we had evacuated from Yellowknife due to fires and we feared this could cause a fire in the house. Rad then falsified the conversation we had and said there were no sparks and house didn’t smell like cat. I asked for our money back for the nights we didn’t stay became are the house seemed unsafe to us and he has refused to do it.
