The property has a lot of potential. Recommend that the linen be replaced, remove the plastic plants and scented candles. Fix the tub faucet (The constant drip was torture). The check in instructions could be better. The host was responsive - but it was painful and I left after my first night.

Clean unit

The unit itself is clean and comfortable, it could use some a couple of things, like more than one hanger for coats. An extra blanket or two would be nice. And check in process needs to be clearer/easier as you cannot tell which unit it is by the outside of the building. Host was responsive and helpful which was great, overall would recommend staying here.

Perfect for a weekend stay

I enjoyed my stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped (great for cooking in), the bed was comfortable and the large flat screen TV with Netflix was a nice bonus. The host (Zack) responded quickly to any questions I had and promptly resolved a parking issue which was very much appreciated.

The unit wasn’t clean to standard, there was trash all over the balcony. Neighbours have a big dog that would come right over to the door. The hallway stink of stale cigarettes. I was told I can park in the visitor parking for free, when I checked out I received a $80 parking ticket. When I contact the host they refused to pay the ticket even though they told me to park there. Overall awful experience. The apartment building is quite “ghetto” would not recommend if you’re looking to be comfortable.
