Case in affitto a Eggertsville

“Host was very responsive and brought us the coffee mugs and glasses that were lacking. Kitchen and bathroom are original but clean and functional. House was close to the airport and convenient to williamsville that we wanted to tour. ”

“Perfect distance from UB for graduation. Host was great at being available.”

“When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. ”

“We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.”

“The property is an older home which has been wonderfully renovated with new white woodwork around doorways, baseboards, and windows. Both the bathroom and kitchen have had a complete lovely modern renovation. The kitchen had everything a person could possibly need during their stay. With four comfortable recliners in the living room, one could put up their feet and enjoy TV viewing after a busy day of touring. We enjoyed our stay in Buffalo!”

“I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

“This house was amazing! Truly a wonderful tribute to the Buffalo Bills! My husband was in his glory!”

“We stayed at this beautiful home on 6/12/26 as we had our daughters birthday party downtown and we live 45 minutes away and it was extremely convenient for our family to stay close to the venue. The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. It was supplied with 2 separate kitchens that were stocked with everything you would need right down to coffee makers including coffee. The host Christine was great to work with and replied to my emails with answers to my questions...

“We had a fabulous stay! The home is even better in person. Very clean and beautifully appointed. My husband and I and our two adult children stayed for a night before a Bills game. We all slept comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. We will be back!”
