“Perfect location- 5 minute walk from multiple tube lines, direct train to Heathrow, and everything in Mayfair and SoHo. A very quiet retreat that fit our 3 kids and two adults perfectly. Will definitely book again when in London. ”

“Wow - a perfect location for someone looking for easy access to restaurants and walkability to many of the sights to see in London (London Eye, Westminster, Buckingham, Regent St, Soho, theaters, etc). The house is super clean with all the modern amenities. Great showers and water pressure! Everything was just as described, and the place exceeded my expectations. I'm super picky and have nothing but great things to say about this place. Would 100% stay here again. Pictures and description...

“This place needs a deep clean and update. The stairs leading up to the place are absolutely filthy. Let that go since it was a common space. Once inside you see that the walls are dirty, not just a fresh coat of paint is needed. The blow dryer was held together with packing tape. ”

“I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

“Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!”

“It really was a wonderful location, only 10-15 from Buckingham palace and Big Ben. The place was stock with all the basics you could need and was clean and comfy. The owner was great at communicating. Will definitely stay again!!!”

“Sensationell! Einzigartige Unterkunft, spektakulär. Und sauber. Und wunderbar ausgestattet. Das Wlan ist stabil, die Bar/Restaurant unten im Haus genauso praktisch wie der gratis Parkplatz vor der Tür. London City-CITY erreicht man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 45 Minuten, für einen Uber muss man ca. 25 investieren und ist rund 25 Minuten unterwegs. Für diese Mega City also quasi mittendrin, und dafür ist der Preis dann auch geradezu ein Knaller. Immerhin gibt es 2 abgeschlossene...

“There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. ”

“We loved this flat in a very historic building. Location is in a wonderful neighbourhood just far enough from the hustle and bustle of City centre but still very accessible. Perfect location to travel to and from Wimbledon, lots of pubs and dining options. For those who do not like the heat and/or are not cooled by fans alone, this may not be a choice - however the retained historic charm far outweighs the lack of air conditioning. Avery is a very responsive host - great communication.”

“Our family of 5 adults recently stayed in this Begravia apartment and had a wonderful time in London. We were within easy walking distance of Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and many of the international Embassies in London. Pinch me! We felt like Royalty!
