“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. Complaint made, there is a Kiosko very close by, so...
