“We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.”

“Property is kinda old and outdated. Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...
