“Loved it - convenient and nice”

“This hotel supersedes my expectations. It's clean and the staff is extremely friendly but the most important thing is that it is connected to the casino (😀). The only thing that i world like to see improve is the breakfast selection. Overall it's an amazing place to stay. Looking forward to my next visit. ”

“There were pubic hairs in the shower bottom, along with long curly head hair wrapped around the shower faucet. The room was dark, and I was still able to see that it had been a long time since someone dusted or looked at the top of the curtains. The cobwebs appeared to have been there for a very long time. ”

“The room was clean and cozy, and we really appreciated having access to both a pool and a hot tub. The indoor pool was heated, which made it even better because we were able to enjoy some fun swimming. They also offered a complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options, including waffles, bagels, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, and sausage. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely book this hotel again.”

We couldn’t get a reservation at Blue Wings Saloon nearby for Valentine’s Day, and the owner / manager made it happen for us - which was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. Will definitely stay again, here or at any other property of this group.”

“Our room was on the second floor. My husband is disabled. Came to find out the owner had not maintained the elevator for 4 years because he’s too cheap to apply for inspection it has to be fixed. Room sleeps 3 and the bed had no blankets sheets or pillows. The very kind kitchen prepper( no staff on hand and no WiFi info) got us a blanket that had a bowling ball size hole right in the middle. The all paper was peeling on all walls and corners. Room 205. I had to make four trips up 2 flights with...

“The pool seemed like it needed some cleaning. Pretty basic continental breakfast. Whatever cleaning supplies they are using is very strong! The price is right for what you get. ”

“No housekeeping service for 3 days, no fresh towels no cleanup no bed preparation no cleaning, no nothing!!!. Key wouldn't work in the door. No basic s like shampoo, lotion and soap was a little bar. The parking lot was so small it was drivers training just to pull out after parking. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor tiles and wouldn't fully open.”
