“Clean hotel with great staff. Nice breakfast. Easy check inn”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue was the toilet handle was loose but it was immediately fixed once I notified staff. The property was maintained. The hotel is conveniently located. Parking is free and that's rare now a days. I didn't use the amenities this time. The breakfast was a good assortment. I would stay here again and recommend it.”

“The woman who greeted us upon arrival was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our very spacious, well-designed room looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent! The food was hot, and they served a large variety of very tasty food options! The room was quiet outside, of a common hotel issue of loud A/C systems.”

“The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We...

“Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion ”

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“From the moment we walked into our room, the bathroom was disgusting! The sink was full of dirt, and the tub with small roaches! Our room also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Never again will I recommend this place to anyone.”
