“When I first walked in everything was fine. The first night slept ok came back the second night around 11:20pm and found a bed bug on the pillow. Quickly packed up my stuff they couldn’t cancel and said I could only switch rooms. I accepted at the time but couldn’t sleep had all lights on and was scared to find another.
