“The property was incredibly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the communal spaces inside, and the patio and fire table outside. The proximity to Wild Sage restaurant was great!”

“Purtroppo il mio soggiorno non era degli migliori. Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). Non forse per il personale della reception avrei dato una stella.”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. “We arrived at hotel, there was no one at the desk. A sign read, " be back in 5 minutes" So......... after driving close to 9 hours, we waited. A staff member finally showed up and checked us in. Each and every time we came back to the hotel, there was not one time, that anyone was at the desk, we had to wait. The website said" Restaurant on site". however , it was NEVER open. “very cute , and seems newly renovated, games and pool table in lobby, good breakfast, pool with waterslide (did not use).....staff at check in was great.... Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. The front desk had a bin of extras, too”

“We had a very clean, well-kept room! Staff was friendly and helpful. Drove a higher end car and had 0 issues in the parking lot with it over night. Very happy with our 4 night stay! We recommend”

“The elevator made such loud noise once and it felt like it was going to drop off violently. There was another couple in the elevator as well. We both complained and we were told - don’t worry about it ; it is very old. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was pathetic , same bagels, bread, eggs - felt like they had purchased in wholesale and serving the same without shame. The air conditioner was loud during night ; pretty sure they know and did nothing about it.”

“Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful and rooms were very nice. I did have a problem with the accessible bath though. I had back surgery 6 weeks prior and can't bend, twist or lift. I was solo in the room and can't lift my right leg well enough even though there were TONS of grab bars. There was a nice bench in the tub but the soap and shampoo would have been 2 inches from my back (can't twist). The floor had a nice non slip mat but the shower head was at the other end of the tub. “Camera pulitissima, struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto.”
