“It was really quiet. Easily to get to . The breakfast was amazing!”

“Room was exceptionally clean. It was a very basic room with no frills, which is what was expected. The top sheet did not stay in place or fit the bed snuggly at all. The mattress was decent enough. I could swear they advertised an iron and hair dryer. We had neither in either of the 2 rooms we occupied.”

“Tub did not drain,stains in tub from standing water, hair dryer did not work. Piece of foam on plywood would have been more comfortable than their king size mattress. Do not recommend this place at all.”

“So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control.”

“This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!”

“This hotel was amazing to us! My family came here for vacation and staff was amazing. It was my granddaughters birthday and the lady took 6 dollars out her own money and gave it to her! This staff was greatful! Rosa up front was great an friendly! Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were big and bed were very comfortable! Will definitely be back next time we come to Pa!”

“Easy Access to 51 and 70 ”

“The only problem was that the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. Also, the first room on the 3rd they gave us had a bad odor, but they did move our room to the 4th floor.”

“Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70. Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! The second morning the staff member was very unpleasant and informed us that we were only entitled to breakfast for one person not two! We went out for breakfast. The third morning (Nov...
