“We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed.
We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering.
The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna.

“L'albergo è uno che usiamo sempre quando arriviamo in gran bretagna, ed anche prima di partire verso casa. Quest'anno siamo stati accolti caldamente dalla Signora Brown e, vista la disabilità di mia moglie, abbiamo avuto una stanza al piano terreno. Nessun lamentela. “This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

“La struttura e del 1600, tutta in legno e veramente tipica. Un bellissimo PUB fa da contorno. Si può mangiare al ristorante o al Pub. L'unica nota negativa che rispetto alla prenotazione mi hanno aggiunto 10 sterline dicendo che c'era un errore nel sito di Hotels.com/Expedia. Hotels.com non risponde e non mi ha richiamato ancora per chiarimenti.
