“L’hotel nella zona dell’old quarter di Hanoi è davvero molto carino . Il personale parla inglese sono tutti molto gentili . La colazione è per la maggior parte salata ma c’è anche frutta e qualche dolce. Stanza spaziosa con terrazzino. Anche se di giorni fuori c’è il caos più totale ( come nel resto della città), di notte è silenziosa. Sono forniti anche accappatoio e ciabatte . Super consigliato ”

“The hotel is located in a good position, in the old quarter, ten minutes walk from the main attractions; the room was clean and nice, good value for money and the breakfast particulary various and tasty but the most valuable thing was the kindness of the staff, they absolutely over exceeded our expectations, thanks again for your courtesy ”

“Very clean room . Also very polite and helpful staff . Hotel was fantastic. However the airport immigration and flight with Vietnam Airlines was very poor . It falls short of the high standard of the hotel. ”

“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“The staff, atmosphere, breakfast everything was great. I booked a room which showed bathtub on the app but did not have that, so the staff shifted us to another room which was much bigger and had a bathtub without any fuss. The staff is extremely polite and ready to help. They even kept our luggage for 2 days when we were on a cruise. The breakfast is great with lots of vegetarian options.”
