“はじめてのベトナム旅行でしたので、アクセスと清潔感を重点的に考えましたが、とても快適な滞在になりました。 お部屋は、シンプルながらも清潔感があり、アメニティーもしっかりしています。フリーのお水と、コーヒーお茶のサービスもあります。 また、ホテルスタッフがいつもロビーに十分にいて、困ったことがあればすぐに相談に乗ってくれます。帰りの空港までの車もすぐに手配をしてくれました。また、深夜日になったこともあり、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、ホテルに戻った際にシャワーも貸していただけたので、すっきりして帰国便に乗ることができました。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで、とても感じが良いです。旧市街や、トレインスポットなど観光地にもすぐに行くことができ、徒歩5分ほどでコンビニエンスストアもあります。今回はインフィニティープールを使うことができなかったのが残念なので、次回また利用したいと思っています。ハノイに行く方にはとてもオススメのホテルです。”

“Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. “I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. ”

“Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande. ”

“L’hotel nella zona dell’old quarter di Hanoi è davvero molto carino . Il personale parla inglese sono tutti molto gentili . La colazione è per la maggior parte salata ma c’è anche frutta e qualche dolce. Stanza spaziosa con terrazzino. Anche se di giorni fuori c’è il caos più totale ( come nel resto della città), di notte è silenziosa. Sono forniti anche accappatoio e ciabatte . Super consigliato ”

“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

"L'albergo è molto bello ed elegante, con una magnifica vista dal rooftop sulla chiesa di San Giuseppe; è in una zona centrale, ci si muove a piede verso le principali attrazioni del quartiere vecchio. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa, dove abbiamo fatto due massaggi ottimi. Ottime le opzioni della colazione. Su tutto prevale la professionalità del personale, in particolare di Susan e Lily, che ci hanno supportato durante tutto il soggiorno. Probabilmente uno dei migliori alberghi in cui sono stata."
