“The staff member that checked me in (forgot her name but working at desk on 09/27 @11:30pm) was very friendly and accommodating. She walked outside with me to make sure I was parked in an area that was safe for my car and camper, she was quick to provide extra bedding, and made a call to her manager to double check that my vehicle was on camera. “Elevator was down but staff was very kind about it. Offered to let us cancel. We stayed and enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was always clean. Our room was comfortable. Safety inspection performed during our stay but it was quick and comforting to know those procedures are performed. ”
