“The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!”

“Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.”

“We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very outdated and did not feel like it matched the price we paid. We spent almost $2,500 for a three-night stay, which we understood because it’s a popular tourist destination. However, being charged an additional $400 for incidentals and nearly $200 for parking was excessive. “The room was not very clean. The hallways ion every floor were not vacuumed and the carpet was stained everywhere. The breakfast was not very good at all. The waffle machine had very watery batter, the eggs were just swimming in water. We ate breakfast there on the first day and that was it. The front desk staff in the afternoons was not very helpful. TheyI sit there chitchatting or on their phones and look annoyed when you ask for towels or toilet paper. I asked for the room to get cleaned ...

“All the tops of dressers and tables were dirty when we arrived. Had to buy disinfectant wipes, and wipe them down, but the bed looked good thankfully. Great water pressure in the shower.”

“this is the dirties hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of life. i have detailed videos, once we arrived at 2 am after driving for 11 hours I have to go out scouting for any place open to buy bed sheets and blankets as thier beds were covered by black mold and there was no reservations anywhere else at the time and I couldn't drive any further to look for another hotel.”
