“It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying...

“The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property...
