“Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

“The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice.”

“You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family....

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

“Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.”

“The property needs to be renovated, very out dated. Plumbing work is needed, Staff is very nice but can only use the resources they have to make a pleasant stay for their guest. ”

“The tub and sink were clogged up with hair and other stuff , the water in the tub was draining slowly, when I was taking a shower, and when i was brushing my teeth the water was not draining, it was nasty .”

“The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around...”

“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”
