Resort e hotel con spa a English Riviera

“Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location. Positives The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms. We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

“The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided. The full english breakfast was perfect too.”

“Very friendly accommodating staff. Spa was clean and very relaxing. Shuttle to salcombe town was excellent and made day trips very easy ”

“Only negative is that parking is very expensive and should be inclusive but other than that, great spa, good food and excellent service.”

“Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure. That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping. They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least...
