Set on 1 acre of land in a quiet Neighborhood, this tranquil retreat provides guests with stunning views, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions. Perfect for those seeking privacy and comfort, Lookout Haven is a serene getaway just minutes from everything you need. The lookout (Which is the listing you are looking at) is on top of a 2 cars garage. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths open plan new construction with brand new furnitures, appliances, gorgeous views, clean, modern, warm and open plan. You will feel at home as soon as you step on the property. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping while being couple of minutes away from the town. No pet policy due to owners allergies.. The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and lock box (Lock box located at the top of the stairs) allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes will be sent around 3pm, check in day and Wifi information are on plaque in the kitchen and work area. I am very responsive. If you need or have questions, please do not hesitate to message me or call at night. The owners are usually on the property and i can be there in less than 10 min to help. No pet policy including service pet due owners allergy to animal hair. Immediate checkout without refund + $800 specialist cleaning fee will be applied to violators. Please, we do not provide sheets for the pack n play. Check out time is 11am. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest so we appreciate your promptness. Due to past issues, we are now charging $50 every 15 min spent on the property and the house after checkout time. No more than 3 cars for each reservation. no parties, get together, people who are not on the reservation at any time on the property Please respect the exterior space dedicated to the other units.
