“Breakfast was fabulously fresh, with a good variety. Coffee the best, fresh and bold. I love the service and how friendly and helpful everyone is. I would give this hotel 5 stars. This is not the first time I stayed there and it will not be the last time. Great hotel!”

“The hotel was nice the fitness room was a little small though.”

“Very clean, comfortable beds but flat pillows. No onsite staff. We had to check in and out by video. Very thin walls, we were awakened by amorous sounds at 6 in the morning. Not what we are used to.”

“Nice stay in a queen suite. Overall it was a great stay and the hotel impressed us. Only negative would be that the furnishings in the room were well used and could be replaced but were not terrible.”

“I stayed for a longer period of time in the area and wanted a working kitchen. It is a little strange because you have to ask for a hot plate. the rooms do not have stoves, even though it might look like it from the pictures. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The pots and pans I was given came with the hotplate. They were a little funky and were not washed. The staff member that gave them to me was embarrassed and offered to wash them before giving them to me, but I told him not to worry...

“There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly.”

“Room is not cleaning, second day a cockroach was in the bathroom the following day another one on the desk, the breakfast has no one pc of fresh bread all super processed and frozen, rom with the kitchen without soap to clean dishes plus the room cleaning need to be requested and even that some day wasn’t done… including that we’ve been overcharge compared to the daily rate.”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”
