“I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!”

“Clean, with comfy beds and perfect for 3 couples. Short walk to a cute coffee shop. It was also very accommodating to our pet. It had everything we needed and the host was essy to communicate with. I will definitely be back. Thanks ”

“Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!”

“Jeff was great. The check in/check out was so streamlined. It was hot out, so we had an issue with AC. Sent Jeff a message, who was quick to respond with a resolution. Perfect. It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room. ”

“We had a wonderful experience. We have used VRBO for many, many years, and this was one of our best times yet. Jessica was an excellent host. She was quick to answer any inquiries I had. The house was very roomy, and we could all be together or find space for solitude as well. The pool and hot tub were a perfect get away to relax after a fun day. This is a perfect 10 out of 10. “Very clean, spacious, and comfortable!”

“The location is great. We went to Coors Field for a Rockies game and fireworks. Walking is a little far but an Uber or Lyft are perfect. Walking around downtown was great too. ”
