“The room was clean. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The live harp player in the evening was amazing. Staying in a train station was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again. The free Lyft rides within 2 miles were also a great perk on a 20 degree day! Great location and the soundproofing was also a plus. “The staff was so courteous and generous!!! 5+ stars!! Our room was so clean and had VERY special treats waiting for us, plus a note for my son’s bday. A special touch. We’ve stayed here numerous times but I don’t know why I haven’t taken the time to write anything until now. We’ve never had anything but spectacular service and experience!! Highly recommend a stay for your family, you, or a whole bunch of you! ”
