“This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. “For my stay there it was very uncomfortable, not one day my room was clean. They brought the towel and left it on the porch, when I called the receptionist she was very rude about it and she told me she was going to send someone and she never did.”

“Sheets had some yellow stains; we could not use the A/C during the night because it was too noisy. Breakfast is not sufficient and the area dedicated to it is too small, there is place for about 4/5 people, so you are obliged to have breakfast in your room, which is also very small. Generally speaking, for the price we paid we expected something more, the hotel lacks of common spaces, there is no reception or hall, so if the weather is not good you have to stay in your small room.”

“This was a place that I would return too. The breakfast was great, and Marshall Bishop is the owner and the michelin star main chef. He was a really cool host and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. If your traveling with a party of 2 I would say just use taxis to get around, but a rental car would make more sense for a larger group.”

“Air conditioning was great and shower was always hot. It’s not your luxury hotel experience but for the location in town and the price it’s a phenomenal choice for a vacation on St Thomas. Staff was incredibly nice and it was nice they provide pool and beach towels. The included breakfast isn’t very substantial and the only microwave is in the common area. “Booked last minute and ended up being a great stay! Middle of downtown-ish area, many shopping & restaurants in walking distance. Many amenities right at hotel with pool, hot tub, bar + restaurant. Solid stay. ”

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...

“What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!”
