“I was put on "finger hold" as my greeting at the front desk. As I asked for gluten free options for my daughter, I was told everything was gluten free which it was not. When I asked about parking, I was told to use the airport parking and just pay for it. Mattress was not as comfortable as others had said in other reviews. “The lodge and accommodations were surprisingly impressive especially for their price point. Staff was very helpful and friendly and served a decent continental breakfast. The room was as nice as my usual Hampton Inn rooms with a new mattress, recently installed shower/ tub, heated massage reclining chair and a big screen tv with many channels. Yes I will definitely stay with them again during my next visit to Mitchell, SD.”

“Restaurant on site is not adequately staffed for nights with concerts. Kitchen can’t keep up and have no issue with feeling you they can’t help you. Property is a bit ran down for the amount of guests they get, upgrades would be nice to see, but only staying one night it served it purpose.”

“We were visiting Sioux City, IA and picked this hotel because of the location and amenities. I wanted somewhere that not only had a pool but a hot tub, and was close to where we needed to be. The hotel is located right off the interstate, and across the street of a gas station & convenience store.
