“Everything was nice”

“Near entrance to Great Smokey Mountain park and the Blue Ridgr Pkwy. I stayed in a non-smoking pet restricted area. For a person who does not like animals, especially in a room where I am sleeping.This is highly important to me... the area was quiet and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops... Clean room no lint in the corners, clean bathroom...older building... Reasonable price...friendly and informative staff.”

“Our room had a bad sour smell room 102. They tried air fresheners but nothing helped but the room was very clean comfy beds wonderful amenities it was just the bad smell”

“Bed sheets had stains that I don't even want to imagime where they came from. Pillow cases and pillows themselves were stained. Roomed smelled of cigarretes and there was hair in the bed. It was so bad that we went to walmart and bought new sheets and pillow cases to place over the ones in the room. Breakfast was sad because there was only cereal and muffins. Asked for extra towels and only got one. Seems like this place is understaffed. Would NEVER book here again and learned maybe a little...

“What a gem of a find. Looks newly renovated and gorgeous. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfy as were the pillows, could have used another one, but super comfy. Arrives at 3am and staff was very friendly at even that late/early hour arrival time. Breakfast was a nice surprise as listing didn’t mention they had one, however it was quite minimal with oatmeal packets, danish, and granola bars. I will say the waffles were a nice surprise. Morning staff was very sweet as well....
