“We liked the resort amenities and our room was very spacious. Did not like that check-in was only from 4 - 7 and no dish washing liquid was provided. Not enough seating around pool area and pool lounge chairs were very worn ”

“We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Smoky Mountains. The property is clean, super inexpensive and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Understand that this is an older hotel, but it has a lot of vintage vacation charm. It’s like something from the 1980’s. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge,which was very useful. We stopped at Aldi in Pigeon Forge and stocked up on bread,cheese and drinks to offset the high prices...
