Situato in un vicolo cieco, la casa è appena in fase di ristrutturazione effettuati nel rispetto del luogo. Confinante con una terrazza parzialmente coperta di oltre 40 metri quadrati con salotto e tavolo 8 posti, la villa offre viste uniche sul mare. Dall'altro lato della proprietà, il giardino è un verde 1300m2. Si compone di una piscina (9x4m), cucina esterna (lavello e barbecue), letti all'aperto, pergola con salotto ...

Great wee spot

This property is excellent. The outside areas are very well kept and the garden is very large. My family enjoyed playing football and many other games available at the property. The sea views are spectacular, we enjoyed many breakfasts at the front of the villa. We enjoyed dinner at a beach front restaurant just 15 minutes walk away. The owner was kind enough to let us stay on in the villa on our last day as our flight was a late one. We were here for a week to attend a family wedding and this property was perfect.

Phantastisch aber laut

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das haus ist schön und geräumig, die Lage zum Meer prima, der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Einziger Nachteil ist der Autolärm im Garten, den wir dann selten genutzt haben.

Great stay in a beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay in Francks house, amenities are very good and the view over the sea is just incredible. We spent a month with kids and grandparents. BBQ worked well, enough space on the yard to play, and front terrace for sunny breakfast moments. The layout of the house is is not that obvious from the pics, the narrow model provides a view to both directions from the kithen and living room which was also a great feature. Direct access to the beach from the back yard, a bit of a challenge because of the steps and narrow spot with pram or with a bike but can be done. The proximity of A7 is obvious but anyone who has used to city sounds wont get bothered about it. Overall a great stay and gorgeous house! about it.

Noise road

The villa is perfect! Good swimming pool. But at the rear of the villa is a four-lane motorway. This continuously makes a lot of noise. That is a great pity.

Excellent séjour balnéaire et touristique

Cette maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût. La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits et l’entretien aussi. L’emplacement permet un petit bain de mer à 30 mètres sur une petite plage de sable foncé non aménagée et donc presque privée! Le seul bémol est l’emplacement en contre bas de la quatre voie mais le confort de la maison minimise les nuisances sonores

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt fast direkt am Strand. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man zum Strand, den wir bei unserem Aufenthalt fast durchgängig für uns allein hatten. Der Strand ist natürlich, d.h., dass es dort große Steine gibt und ein kleines Stück Sand; Liegestühle und Schirme muss man selbst mitbringen, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Das Haus selbst ist schön groß und sauber. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer (zwei davon jeweils mit Doppelbett und eins mit Einzelbett), zwei Bäder; eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne, in der man duschen kann. Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefühlt, da alles schön eingerichtet und sauber war. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, da einige Dinge bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Auch wäre es toll, wenn alle Schlafzimmer mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegennetz hätten, damit man abends und nachts durchlüften kann, ohne dass Mücken oder andere Insekten hereinfliegen. Zudem sollte man keine Lebensmittel offen herumliegen lassen, da man dann schnell Ameisen auf der Küchenanrichte hat. Insgesamt würde ich das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Super oceanview but busy road very close

The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect.

A top villa stay

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable spacious clean villa. Fantastic outdoor space with a lovely large pool, garden and covered seating area. The terrace at the front of the house was our favourite breakfast area with the sea view. The beach is only a few yards from the house as well as the coastal path for walks. We would not hesitate to return, hopefully sooner than later.

Lovely home

Our family had a beautiful vacation in this home overlooking the Mediterranean. We took some day trips to some of Spains great historic cities. We took morning walks by the beach which were special. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics and plus some. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms, Immaculate, and modern. This is a gem of a place for family vacation.

Family summer get together

We had a really wonderful stay at the villa. It was well apoointed and the layout suited an adult family very well with separate bedroom zones at either end of the main living space. The various outside seating areas were wonderful to take in the sun and shade of summer days and evenings The villa is next to a very busy road and when we arrived it seemed quite noisey. As we settled in the beauty of the sea views to the front and the comfort level of the pool area at the rear near the road meant we forgot all about it. Evening walks via the gate from the property to the beach promenade were an utter joy as the sun set. We enjoyed a final meal on the last night at a nearby restaurant about 15 minutes walk along the coastal path. Estepona is lovely and a 15 minute taxi ride. We had some lovely evening meals and shopping there simply soaking up the summer vibe. A day trip to nearly Gibraltar was interesting and just a 40 minute car ride. We had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa and would definitely recommend

Relaxing break in a lovely clean villa

The villa was wonderful with everything you need for a relaxing break. A real home from home and spotlessly clean. I fully recommend getting up early enough to see the sunrise over the mountains across the bay. Norman and his family were really helpful and showed us how everything worked. The pool was fabulous and got the sun all day which made it a great temperature to jump into all day long. Franck the owners was great to communicate with and if you are looking for your next villa this is the one.

An experience in Spain

An excellent price and property. We rented in the off season which was still much warmer than home. The property was as advertised and central to the Costa del Sol. It provided a base to explore Spain as well as Morocco, Portugal and Gibraltar.

Aangenaam verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Ruim en licht huis, geweldig uitzicht over de zee, goed geoutilleerde keuken, buiten-barbecue en open haard, eigen opgangetje naar het strand vanwaar je mooi kunt wandelen en fietsen, golfbanen in de buurt -vlak langs de provinciale weg, in het huis hoor je daar niets van maar in de tuin bij het zwembad wel. Je moet vanuit Estepona altijd omrijden via de rotonde van Casares om “thuis” te komen, een apart toilet wordt gemist Wij waren er in januari: te koud om in het zwembad of in de zee te zwemmen maar we hebben wel genoten van heel veel zonnige dagen.

Celebrating special birthday with close friend's

The villa was amazing Very clean ,it has everything need making it a home from home. The outside area, with the built in BBQ and amazing seated area was where we spent the majority of our time. You can sit outside at the front of the villa with a cuppa watching the sunrise over the sea and then spend all afternoon and early evening by the pool at the rear of the property. Luckily we decided to rent a car.... without this we would have been a bit stuck !! The villa is located on the sea side of the very busy A7 a dual carriageway with very few pedestrian crossing places therefore just to get to the nearest supermarket which was on the other side of the road we had to take the car. The ports of Estepona and Peurto Banus are only 20-30 mins up the road and well worth a visit. Norman the villa manager was brilliant. He allowed us to access the villa before the stated 6.0pm. He met us on arrival showing us round and was at the end of the phone if needed. A point to note was that the steps at the front of the villa are very steep and would be a problem with anyone that had mobility issues. Overall a lovely villa at a reasonable price to rent. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to rent again. Tracey & friends

Nice villa, no a/c in bedrooms, noisy near the dual carriageway

The villa is very nice with outdoor seating around the pool and easy access to the beach. The villa backs on to the motorway so outside behind the villa in the pool area is very noisy. The front porch area is pleasant and you can hear the waves and see the sea.

My wife two daughters and I have a had a wonderful time in this lovely villa Thankyou, the facilities are fantastic and everything you could need is close by. Absolutely outstanding

We went as two couples. The villa has three bedrooms, the two double bedrooms being at either end with their own bathrooms, so worked perfectly for us. The villa is beautiful, in a private location at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's spacious, has a fantastic swimming pool and outside area. Great views of the sea and easy access to the local beach. We cannot recommend highly enough. One small thing to mention, it does have some steep steps going up to the villa so may be a challenge to anyone with limited mobility. (maybe like climbing a set of stairs at home)

Villa was fantastic, has everything you need, extremely clean. Pool great with lovely views at the front facing the sea. Road at rear noisy but didn’t affect us. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the late check in of 6pm and early checkout of 10am. Norman very helpful with the issues we had. Would visit again. Thankyou

Villa was outstanding

We arrived home yesterday from 8 day's at this villa and it's easily one of the best, if not the best, we've ever stayed at. Villa was spotlessly clean, huge and so much better than we expected from the pictures. It even smelled lovely! The back garden is a complete suntrap, having the sun until it sets in the evening. Despite going in may, it got very hot and the rattan seating under the huge wooden gazebo was a fantastic addition meaning it stayed cool in the shade until about 6pm when the sun finally dropped low enough to shine under. The children had regular breaks under here inbetween jumping and playing in the pool. The front terrace was beautiful to sit and eat breakfast looking at the sea, the sun shine there from about 8.30am. My husband was apprehensive about booking due to the proximity to the road - a very busy, main road however, we couldn't hear it from the bedrooms - only the sound of breaking waves - fabulous! Yes, you can hear traffic around the pool but as the villa is set lower and with the trees too I can honestly say the noise didn't bother us. The 'beach' is set mere steps away going out from a private locked gate around the side however it's mostly rocks and pebbles and sea can get a little rough, we didn't go in here due to all the rocks - walking further up the promenade will take you to similar beaches in the area though, none were particularly note worthy however we knew this about the area. There seems to be a huge amount of work going on in and around Estepona, we looked on Google earth before going and most of the bars and restaurants we'd identified were closed down which was such a shame however these may be open again over the summer, it seemed very much a work in progress. We did visit Puerto de Duquesa (8€ by Uber / 11€ taxi home - taxi queue and plenty of availability - if you fancy a few drinks) which was really lovely - lots of restaurants around and Griffin's is highly recommended. Plenty of shops (Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi) within an easy drive, however it wasn't particularly touristy so don't expect many gift shops etc. Pool was slightly bigger than expected and the children lived in it! Brilliant fun, there were a few items left from previous bookings which was nice and we also left inflatables, bat and ball and a frisbee. The villa was really well stocked and honestly felt like a home from home. Norman was lovely and so helpful - Can't recommend it highly enough, absolutely brilliant.
