The concierge was friendly, the room clean and spacious and the location was only a few minutes drive from the centre of Katoomba and other tourist attractions. The decor was dated and was on a noisy road (fine if the windows are closed as they are double glazed). “Very comfortable bed, and loved the easy access to the shower, no needing to step into a bath, the accommodation gave me a room that really suited my needs. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and always very pleasant. There was plenty of activities for both Adults and children, was not there long enough to partake in most of the activities.”
