“We checked in late due to being at a Red Rocks concert. Although we made note of this on reservation, the hotel gave away our room. We reserved two queens…and they gave us a king with a roll away bed. It took 40 minutes to check in..and when we checked out… there was also a long line. Staff was NOT friendly. Still love the hotel…and have stayed a few times in the past.. with no issue. Obviously lack of trained employees is an issue.”

“The hotel is very old. They’ve made recent renovations which were obvious but it could have used more updated appliances and amenities. The comforter was dirty with a stain on it. The tv was outdated and small. The bed was also very creaky and not terribly comfortable. The air conditioning in the room made a high pitched noise all night and the noise from loading trucks outside every morning was loud.”

“We booked this hotel specifically for our kids to swim in the pool. As soon as we walked in, they informed us that the pool was not open. I wish they would have notified us of this prior to us showing up.
The items in the room seemed very worn also. The chair was ripped in our room and other items were very worn. The sheets did not fit on our bed either and I kept having to readjust them.
Breakfast was a big win though. They had plenty of options and did a great job of keeping items stocked.”

“Very comfortable bed and pillows! Floors could have been cleaned better. Kept stepping on tiny rocks in bathroom, and somewhere my husband ended up getting a short screw stuck in bottom of sock and poking into his feet. Probably from the carpet by the bed. Also the air vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty.”

“The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden.”
