“We were warmly welcomed by Vikki, found the room to be immaculately clean, hot tub and pool were well maintained too. And the food was excellent, offered both at dinnertime and breakfast. Can't say enough about the staff and the hotel.”

“Loved the staff there. I accidentally booked my room on the wrong day and they helped me get everything figured out and got my room booked for the correct day with no losses. I also lost my wallet in the room and the when the house keeper found it they turned it into the front desk with everything in it.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at Quality Inn & Suites Lafayette. This was room 143, and it was clearly not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair on the toilet, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the room had a strong foul odor from the moment we walked in. We checked in very late and noticed these issues right away, but chose to ignore them to avoid moving all our belongings to another room. After settling in, we checked under the beds due to the smell, but they were enclosed, so nothing...
