Upstairs Cozy Hideaway

The FBX Duplex is your home away from home. Just minutes from downtown, multiple dining options, the river, and so much more, you and your guests will love it here. This upstairs apartment features a kitchen, wifi, Roku TV, a queen-size bed and a king-size bed, a large couch, and an air mattress, allowing you and up to 6 guests to stay here comfortably. Walking distance from a few restaurants, parks, and coffee huts (something Fairbanks is famous for).

Cozy upstairs apartment

I had a lovely stay, and the unit was perfect for my stay. There are so many positives. The kitchen had everything, including spices and other necessities. It was very clean and tidy. The washer and dryer were perfect for the length of my stay. The location was convenient and close to Johannsen Xpress way, which has so many things. The unit came with several fans, so the Alaska summer nights were pleasant and comfortable. Really, nice time and place to stay. Highly recommend.
Alaska summer mornings, no need to use the lights, plenty of it. This was breakfast time.
A vista I loved, driving up Chena Hot Springs Road.
There were plenty of light and blackout drapes in the family and bedrooms.

Great Location

Everything was as expected. Location allowed easy access to Fairbanks. Apartment kitchen had many staples which helped us when preparing meals.

Hidden gem

Well managed, clean, simple instructions. We were visiting a family member and this spot was close, inclusive and a great retreat when done visiting. Overall we will stay here again when visiting Fairbanks

Clean property. Great kitchen for making breakfast and dinner. No a/c and Fairbanks was having 95° days. Many fans but it never cooled off.

Relaxing Stay in Fairbanks

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Fairbanks. It was a great space in a great location. The beds and couches were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we definitely used the washer and dryer. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
