“Wonderful stay”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“What I liked is that the property was quiet. What my wife and I didn't like was the small shower towels. Also, our room was terrible humid/stuffy to the point of being uncomfortable”

“We enjoyed our stay overall. We really appreciated that the hot tub was open, clean, and a nice place to relax. The pool area, however, could have used some extra attention as it seemed a little dirty. We also had a clogged sink and noticed that the shower leaked, which were a few inconveniences during our stay. That being said, when we checked out, the staff was very apologetic, friendly, and did their best to address our concerns and make things right. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was...
