“Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee.

“Everything was very nice about this hotel. The only thing I would complain about is once we were leaving and ready to go I saw that my pillow had stains on it that looked like mold. Kinda makes me nervous if I was sleeping on mold or stained pillows”

“Very beautiful property, very clean rooms and large rooms. Water bottles in the room, nice floors in the room…no carpeting, which I like. Pool area was clean but small. “I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, very safe, and has great amenities nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My room was exactly what I was needing for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and I did use the fitness room, which had enough for a quick workout. I did not use the pool, but I did go across the parking lot over to Bahama breeze and was very grateful for the market on the other side of that which had general store items and was just a few steps...
