“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was wonderful. The room amenities were excellent and our Mountain View was exceptional. The only negative we had were. The pillows were awful and the mattress was a bit too firm. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property.”

“We loved this hotel! It was our favorite from our week-long roadtrip. The front desk employee was super helpful on where to eat for dinner as most restaurants were closed being out of season. Everything was super clean, my kids loved the spa pool and our room was very nice and modern. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area! ”

“The studio we rented was spacious, comfortable, clean and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had some trouble controlling the heat and the construction caused some inconvenience and the property manager responded with a refund for our our discomfort. “Caught the end of the beautiful fall foliage. Good hiking nearby. Lots of dining choices within walking distance. Hotel was clean and they kept you well supplied in hydration packets, which is needed due to the high altitude. I would go back to this hotel. ”

“This is an old hotel (1930s) in the mountain town of Fairplay Colorado. Quaint, a little rustic, but our stay (1 night) was quite pleasant. Everything worked fine and the breakfast (an additional $15) was delicious - fresh fruit, a choice of freshly cooked egg dishes, meats and pastry. In a throwback to an earlier time, no TVs in the rooms (no hardship for us). Staff are delightful. We will stay there when we pass that way again ”

“This hotel is the perfect option for people that are looking for a hassle free stay, both check in and check out can be done online without having to go to their lobby! The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. “Great place for Breckenridge. Close to town and large rooms. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Beware of the parking though, it'll add another $40 a night to your stay and there isn't a lot of it. We were there in the off season and it was full every night. ”
